I found repetitive work.
So I engineered it out.
I designed and built ESN ASSI Parma's digital operations stack from the
ground up after observing bottlenecks in the organization's everyday
workflows.
The work went beyond software. I refurbished unused hardware, upgraded it with
an SSD and additional memory, installed Linux Server and turned it into a self-hosted platform
for the systems I developed.
The result is an evolving ecosystem for event
management, payments, office operations and attendance tracking - designed,
developed, deployed and maintained end-to-end.
The project wasn't assigned. It started by watching how people actually worked, where time was being lost and where mistakes happened. Then I built the systems I thought should exist.
Yapi
The core management platform developed for ESN ASSI Parma. It centralizes recurring
operational tasks around events and payments, combining a management dashboard with
Telegram-based automation and connected services.
The goal is simple: reduce
fragmented manual work and give the team a system it can rely on every day.
ESNoffice
A guided web workflow for office operations, beginning with ESNcard
registration.
After issuing a card, the operator photographs it and sends the image
to a dedicated Telegram chat. A bot retrieves the image, uses Gemini to extract the ESNcard
number and matches it against the previously registered database record.
The workflow
reduces repetitive steps and helps prevent registration errors.
ESNscanner
A mobile-first web application for event entrances. Operators scan ESNcards directly from a
phone to record attendance and associate participation with existing member data.
It
replaces slower manual check-in procedures with a lightweight interface designed
specifically for real event conditions.
