Same approach.

As part of the leadership team of ESN ASSI Parma, I combine organizational responsibility with ownership of digital infrastructure, internal workflows and technical systems.

My role goes beyond maintaining technology. I observe how the organization operates, identify recurring friction and design technical solutions where software can simplify processes, reduce errors and make the team more autonomous.

I also contributed to CommIT Italia, ESN Italy's national IT committee, supporting platforms used across the network.

During my Erasmus period in Madrid, I contributed software solutions to ESN Madrid while working in an international, multilingual environment.

I developed automation around the organization's event-publication workflow, combining serverless infrastructure, APIs and generative AI.

The experience reinforced something I value: being able to enter an unfamiliar environment, understand how people work and contribute technically without needing a narrowly defined role.

I took responsibility for the project's complete digital presence, from early market research and positioning through development, deployment and ongoing technical administration.

Beyond building the site, I worked on performance, Core Web Vitals, Apache configuration and hardening, analytics, Search Console and technical SEO.

It was an opportunity to work across both technical and non-technical requirements, translating business needs into a maintainable digital system.

I built and operated a global multiplayer game-server infrastructure serving a live international community.

The project exposed me early to server administration, monitoring, logs, incident response and real-time troubleshooting.

It was also my first experience of an important engineering reality: software behaves differently once real people depend on it.
